⚠️ Important Registration Information

Each registration covers one double-occupancy stateroom.  Additional rooms will increase the amount pledged to cover the additional expense. 

To book more than one stateroom, please complete a separate registration form for each and note that you have submitted additional registrations so stateroom assignments can be made.

If registering minors (under 18 years old), the primary guest on the registration must be an adult.

Please use a different email address and cell phone number than those provided for the first guest.

Reservation & Travel Insurance Information

*Please note that all reservations are non-refundable.

*The Assemblies of God World Missions requires travel insurance for all international travel.  You will be sent three forms that must be signed and returned to verify your registration.  If you are bringing any children, their forms will need to be notarized.  Please send a copy of your passport and a copy of your airline tickets when you purchase them.  This insurance is mandatory for securing your registration. FireBible will cover this expense.

Please note: Space in certain categories is limited and will fill up very quickly—don’t wait to reserve your place.  Any additional charges due to late registration will be the responsibility of the guest. 

Please note: Any registration request that deviates from the double occupancy choice will be booked under the best available rates and will require an additional amount to your pledge. Deviations include requests for adjoining or connecting staterooms, triple or quad occupancy, handicap accessible, or a request for a stateroom category currently not held at the group rate.

If you desire an additional room, please complete a new registration form for each additional room needed.

For each additional passenger in your party, please list the name (as it appears on passport), date of birth, passport number, and passport expiration date. 

We encourage pledges to be raised starting now and throughout the 12 months after the event.

I understand that attendance at the meetings is required. 

Guests may book their excursions directly with Royal Caribbean. After your room option is booked, a Royal Caribbean reservation # will be issued. You may then go to the Royal Caribbean home page and use the 'Manage My Cruise' function. You will create an account, or if you already have one, you'll log in. Once you are logged in, the system will prompt you to load your current reservation. It's at that point that you will see a Plan My Cruise button. You will click that button and another page will open, scroll down and see VIEW ALL SHORE EXCURSIONS.  Shore excursions can also be booked on the ship, but be aware that there will be longer lines.
